What Made the Difference
Instead of waiting for the online store to be completed before launching paid campaigns, we developed both in parallel. While the website was being finalised, our team was already testing multiple ad creatives and gathering valuable Meta Pixel data. By the time the store went live, we had nearly two weeks of audience insights, allowing us to reduce the typical ad learning period from 4–6 weeks to less than 2 weeks.
Another key driver of success was our creative testing strategy. We launched 12 unique ad creatives during the first week to identify high-performing concepts quickly. Low-performing ads were removed within the first 10 days, while the best-performing campaigns were scaled gradually by around 20% every three days.
